As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ryan requested SSO and SCIM role mapping setup for their Enterprise deployment of 150 users. Olivia confirmed SCIM2.0 support, tested with sample users, and activated full sync successfully.
Problem: Kingdon Diagnostics needed SSO and SCIM with role hierarchies for their newly upgraded Enterprise tier.
Handling: Olivia supported the setup end-to-end with a test environment, role mapping confirmation, and full synchronisation of 150 users.
Watch: Ensure dashboard builder permissions are granted as users log in for the first time.

- created · Ryan Heslop 12 Mar 2026 09:32We've just upgraded to Enterprise and want to turn on SSO for everyone. What's the process for enabling SCIM, and how quickly can we get our team provisioned? We'll need to ensure role hierarchies are synced properly so people only see data for their own trust.
- Public reply · Ryan Heslop 12 Mar 2026 15:14One more thing, can you confirm your SCIM setup supports role hierarchies? We'll need to sync team structures so people only see their own trust's data.
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 12 Mar 2026 20:06We support SCIM2.0 with full role mapping. I've created a test environment and provisioned a few sample users on your domain so you can check they're syncing correctly before we do the full rollout.
- Public reply · Ryan Heslop 16 Mar 2026 11:47Test users came through fine. We're ready to proceed with the full sync now.
- Public reply · Olivia Grant 16 Mar 2026 14:59Brilliant. Full sync is active. You'll see all 150 users in the next refresh. They start in read-only; you'll need to grant dashboard builder permissions per person once they're logged in.
