Problem: Nadia reported name-based searches returning the same result multiple times, making navigation harder. Other field searches worked fine. Handling: Bethan asked for examples. Customer cleared browser cache but issue persisted. Internal investigation found corrupted index from a reindex cycle that ran twice. Bethan cleared and reran the index. Watch: Customer confirmed searches now work properly with no duplicates. This was infrastructure-side, not user-side.

This is happening consistently across different searches. It's making it harder to navigate the results. When I search by other fields it doesn't happen. Might be relevant.

- public_reply · Bethan Lister 21 Apr 2026 21:12I've checked the search logs on our end but can't spot anything obvious yet. Can you try clearing your browser cache and attempting the search again? Also worth knowing if this is happening for everyone at your organisation or just in your browser.
