The CRM connector stopped syncing order data due to CRM API timeouts. Bethan increased the timeout window and restarted the sync, but the underlying issue appears to be CRM performance rather than a permanent fix.

Problem: CRM orders data stopped loading mid-morning. Bethan identified that the CRM API was timing out on the orders endpoint. Handling: She increased the timeout window from 30 to 60 seconds and restarted the sync, but an internal note warns this is a workaround only and suggests a CRM performance problem. Watch: This is a data freshness risk. If CRM performance remains poor, future syncs will fail silently and the brain will go stale.

The CRM connector stopped syncing mid-morning. I'm seeing the last refresh was at 08:00 and nothing since then. The orders data isn't coming through. Can you check what's happened?

I've checked the CRM end. No changes on our side. The connector should still work. Let me know what you see in the logs.

I can see a sync error starting at 08:15. The CRM API is returning a timeout on the orders endpoint. This might be your system's issue rather than ours, but let me dig deeper.

The CRM's orders API seems to be slow today. I've adjusted our timeout window and restarted the sync. It's running now. Can you check if the orders are loading?

Orders are loading now but it took longer than it should have. What exactly was the issue on your end?

CRM API timeout issue. Increased our timeout window from thirty seconds to sixty seconds. Not a permanent fix. Suggests CRM performance problem. Joel to monitor and escalate if it happens again.

How to use the site

Summary is the landing page: what happened this week, the calls just held and the calls coming up, the risks and the renewals due.
Organisations lists every customer. Open one to see its key facts, the AI assessment and next step, platform usage, the ARR journey, deals, documents, contacts and activity, and the lineage of every block.
Conversations, Commercial, People, News and Documents cut the same data by topic. System explains how the site is built and where each figure comes from.
Every card ends with a small made from link: it opens the lineage explorer focused on that card, so you can walk from the figure down to the raw rows it came from.
Use the sun and moon button at the top right to choose dark or light. Choose your device's own mode again to go back to following the device.

How to ask

Press Ask B (the speech bubble) in the header, or open the Ask B page. Type a question, or pick one of the suggestions.

Ask B sends your question to Claude through the B-Glass connector. Claude answers from the same records as these pages, read-only, and links each claim to its source page.
Find (the box in the header) finds the organisations, people, calls, emails, tickets, documents and news that match your words, with links to their pages.
The same connector works in Claude Desktop or the B-Glass Claude Project, with the same answers and sources.
