- created · Tariq Saleem 11 Mar 2026 12:06When I export a customer query to CSV, some records are showing up twice. Ran a query for all accounts modified in the last week, and the export included multiple duplicates. I've tried it a couple of times and it's consistent. Can you check the export logic?
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 11 Mar 2026 18:43Thanks for reporting this. I can reproduce it on my end, the export is including duplicates when there are multiple join paths to the same record. This is a bug in how we handle the export query joins. I'm escalating to the engineering team to fix this in the next release. In the meantime, if you de-duplicate in Excel that should work.
- public_reply · Tariq Saleem 13 Mar 2026 10:58All right, we can work round it in Excel for now. When's the fix going out? And I should check if other exports have the same problem, is this a general issue with the joins?
- public_reply · Olivia Grant 16 Mar 2026 15:29The fix is in today's release, it went live this morning at 07:00. You shouldn't see duplicates in any exports now. Can you test it with the same query and let me know if it's working properly?
- public_reply · Tariq Saleem 16 Mar 2026 15:33Just tested it and there are no duplicates anymore. That's the issue sorted. Cheers, Tariq.
