Current to 13 Oct 26Tariq sets up saved searches filtered by account type (credit, spot, contract) so branch managers can run the same queries without repeating filter steps. Bethan explains how filters appear automatically once the field is loaded.
Problem: Branch managers need to search by account type repeatedly but had to reapply filters each time.
Handling: Tariq confirmed the account type field is loading from the account master data. Bethan explained that once a field is loaded, it automatically appears in the filter panel, where managers can save searches with specific types as checkboxes.
Watch: Saved searches by account type improve workflow efficiency for branch operations.

We flag each one in the CRM as credit, spot, or contract, and the branch managers need the ability to search within their own type without seeing the others. I've had a look in the search interface and can't see where to do that. Is this a built-in filter, or am I missing something? Cheers, Tariq

Is that the right shape of it? Which connector are we talking about: the one that syncs your account master data, or a separate account attributes feed? Thanks, Bethan
- public_reply · Tariq Saleem 20 Oct 2025 16:31Yes, that's exactly it. The account type sits in the account master data that we load from our core system, I'll check the load log tomorrow morning to make sure it's coming through clean. But assuming it's there, how do I surface it as a filter that people can use in the search interface? Is that a mapping question, or a search setup question? Cheers, Tariq

Just click the Filter icon in the search bar, and your account type field will show up in the list of available fields. You can click it to expand, and you'll see all the distinct values: credit, spot, contract, as checkboxes. Pick the ones you want, and hit Save to create the saved search. That saved search then lives in the search sidebar, so anyone can run it. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Thanks, Bethan
