Problem: Mads could not find call records from earlier in the year via search, though the data was loaded in the brain. Handling: Olivia suggested a simple test query. Mads ran it and found the problem was his own date filter setting. This is good support: a diagnostic question let the customer self-serve. Watch: An opportunity to document this common misconfiguration in help materials.

We've checked that we have access and the data is definitely there. Can you point us to where to look or if there's a setting we're missing?- Public reply · Olivia Grant 1 Sep 2025 14:45Hi Mads, Just so I've got this right, you're searching for call records before June but getting no results, even though you can see they're loaded in the brain? Can you try a simple query for a specific caller or call from May and tell me what you see? That'll help me work out if it's a search scope issue. Thanks, Olivia
