As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Karin Sjöberg reported that segment filtering by purchase frequency returned incorrect counts. Bethan Lister reproduced the issue, identified a bug in the day-range filter logic, and escalated for a fix.
Problem: The segment builder's purchase frequency filter (more than five orders in ninety days) returned counts that didn't match the source data. Handling: Bethan reproduced the bug and identified the issue as incorrect interpretation of the ninety-day window. - created · Karin Sjöberg 9 Apr 2026 10:35I'm seeing an issue with the customer segment builder. When I filter by purchase frequency (more than five orders in ninety days), the count doesn't match what I expect. I've checked the source data and it's correct, but the brain is giving me different numbers. Can you look into this? Vänliga hälsningar, Karin
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 9 Apr 2026 12:39Hi Karin, Thanks for reporting this. I've reproduced it on my side. The issue is with how the filter interprets the ninety-day window. I'm escalating to our platform team to fix it. In the meantime, if you rebuild the segment using the date range picker instead of the 'days in past' filter, it should work correctly. Thanks, Bethan
