As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Dashboard filters reset on reload instead of persisting between sessions. Bethan Lister logged as a bug and offered a workaround using saved views.
Problem: Filter settings do not persist when users return to dashboards; they must reconfigure filters each time. Handling: Bethan logged the defect with the product team and provided a temporary workaround using saved dashboard states. Watch: This usability issue may slow adoption of the dashboard builder feature. Monitor product team release notes for the persistence fix.

Each time I load the dashboard, I have to reset the filters. Is this expected behaviour or a bug in the system?
- Public reply · Bethan Lister 12 Aug 2025 23:47Hi Karin, thanks for flagging this. Filter persistence is definitely expected - they should save as part of your view settings. I've logged this as a bug with the team and we'll get a fix out. In the meantime, you can save each dashboard state as a separate saved view if you need to preserve specific filter settings.
