Handling: BG-Demo found deduplication logic bug in search indexing, Arjun deployed fix, customer confirmed duplicates cleared in both main bar and dashboard searches. Watch: resolved well and customer highly satisfied with speed of resolution.

The same record is appearing multiple times in the results instead of just once. It's happening consistently across different searches and it's making it harder for our team to find what they need quickly. Is it happening with all searches, or just certain types of query? And can you describe how many duplicates you're seeing of each record?
- Public reply · Kelly Sharpe 11 Sep 2026 15:34We've tested searches by account name, customer name, and from within the dashboards, and all of them are returning duplicates. Every search we've tried shows the same issue. It's a recurring problem affecting our ability to do lookups quickly.

First, try searching from the main search bar and note what you see. Then try the same search from within a dashboard. Let me know what the results look like for each.

- Public reply · Kelly Sharpe 15 Sep 2026 16:41We've done both tests. Searching from the main bar works cleanly now, and searching from within dashboards is also clean. Duplicates are gone. Thanks for sorting this so quickly.
