What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Elena sent written notes from the check-in call. Deirdre confirmed them and asked for the search guide to cover unpaid invoices, which consultants keep asking her about. Usage is growing on Starter within the 15 included users.
Ask: Deirdre wants the guide to include how to find a client's unpaid invoices, to save consultants coming to her.
Customer view: She agreed the notes were correct and plans to talk to the quieter consultants about a walkthrough. Shane is a heavy user and may show others.
Next: Elena adds the unpaid invoices topic to the guide and sends it. Deirdre follows up with the consultants who have not logged in.

- Elena Novak 12 Mar 2026 09:38Dear Deirdre, Thank you for your time on the check-in call. As agreed, here are the notes in writing. To confirm, what we covered: - Usage: more of your consultants are logging in than last quarter, and the picture of each client's roles, placements and invoices is being used before calls, which was the original aim. - Support: one ticket was raised recently and it is resolved. Nothing is open with us at the moment. - Seats: you are using the Starter licence well within the fifteen users included, so there is room for more consultants to join. Actions: - You will ask two or three of the consultants who have not yet logged in whether they would like a short walkthrough. - I will make sure that a short guide on searching by client is sent to you for sharing with the team. Please let me know if I have missed anything or if you would like to change any of the above. Kind regards, Elena
- Deirdre Barry 13 Mar 2026 17:23Hi Elena, Thanks for the notes, that's grand. All correct as far as I can see. Quick one: can the guide include how to find a client's unpaid invoices? That's the thing the consultants keep asking me about, and grand, that'd save us hours of them coming to me. I'll have a word with the quieter ones next week about the walkthrough. Shane has been using it a lot, so I might ask him to show the others too. Thanks a million, Deirdre
