What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan is trying to book training because few of the 40 licensed users have logged in. Jamal Edwards agrees to two groups but needs Craig's view on names. By 9 Oct 2024 Callie still had no list.
Ask: Callie needs names, half-day slots and a room or video link so she can confirm two small sessions. Jamal accepts two groups and prefers mornings.
Customer view: Jamal puts low usage down to a busy period on site, not lack of interest. He cannot name attendees until Craig decides who goes first.
Next: Callie's nudge on 9 Oct 2024 offers a simple two-group plan and offers to write to Craig directly.

- Callie Brennan 4 Oct 2024 15:37Hi Jamal, Thanks for taking the time to speak with us earlier. I'm writing to get the training sessions into the diary before we lose another week. Where we are: the connectors are live and the first refresh landed cleanly, but only a handful of your people have logged in so far. You have licences for 40 users, and right now the brain is being used by a small fraction of that. I'd like to fix that sooner rather than later. What I need from your side is: - the names of the project managers and commercial people who should attend first - two or three half-day slots that suit your site teams - a quiet room or a video link, whichever is easier If you can send me the list by Tuesday, I can confirm the sessions for the following week. I'd rather run two smaller groups than one big one, so people can ask about their own projects and clients. Thanks, Callie
- Jamal Edwards 4 Oct 2024 15:47Callie, Thanks for this. Honest answer: it's been a busy few weeks on site and most of the team haven't had a chance to look at it. I think that's why the numbers are low, not because they don't want it. I can give you a list of names but I need to check with Craig who he wants in the first group. I'd assume the project managers and the credit control side, but he may want his commercial team in first. Two groups is fine by me. Mornings are better than afternoons, people tend to be out on site after lunch. I'll come back to you early next week. Jamal
- Callie Brennan 9 Oct 2024 09:46Hi Jamal, Just a nudge on the training list. I haven't had names yet, and I don't want the first refresh to sit unused while people forget what we covered at kickoff. To make it easy, here's a simple plan: - Group one: project managers, mornings - Group two: commercial and credit control, mornings - Each session covers search, asking questions about a client, and finding variations and invoices in one place If you tell me who is in which group, I'll send the invitations and a short setup note so everyone arrives with their login working. Even a rough list will do and we can tidy it afterwards. If Craig hasn't had a chance to look, tell me and I'll drop him a line directly. Thanks, Callie
