As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan asked Sunil Kapoor for a working session and read-only access. Sunil chose Thursday at 10:00, is reconciling client spellings, and would rather move the session than start on part of the picture.
Ask: Callie wanted ninety minutes, written read-only access to the project and accounting systems, and the finance client list.
Customer view: Sunil agreed Thursday at 10:00 and flagged clients spelled differently across systems. He asked which project code should be the key and would delay rather than start without accounting access.
Next: Callie to answer the project code question; Sunil to send written access and reconcile the list.

- Callie Brennan 28 Aug 2024 13:19Hi Sunil, Thanks for making time on the call. To keep onboarding moving I'd like to book the next working session, so we can map the project and commercial fields before we switch on the refresh. What I need from your side is: - about ninety minutes with you, on screen - read-only access to the project system and the accounting system, confirmed in writing (I won't start a connector without it) - the client list as your finance team holds it, so I can check how it maps against the commercial side Would Thursday or Friday suit? I can do 10:00 or 14:00 on either day. Once the session is done I'll write up a short setup note so you have a record of what is connected and what is still open. Thanks, Callie
- Sunil Kapoor 29 Aug 2024 13:36Callie, Thursday at 10:00 works for me. On your list: - Access: a colleague in IT is setting up the read-only accounts. I'll send you the confirmation in writing once they are live, ahead of Thursday. - Client list: I've had a first look and some clients are spelled differently in the project and commercial systems. That doesn't tie to the ledger either, so I'll reconcile it before the session rather than make you guess. - One question: which project code do you want treated as the key when a client has more than one live project? If the accounting system access slips, I'd rather we move the session than start on part of the picture. Sunil
