Current to 13 Oct 26Jordan Pike and DeShawn Mitchell agreed a Tuesday afternoon demo, pencilled for 14:00 on 5 May 2026. DeShawn asked to see one contractor account on his own data, not a dashboard tour. No commercial position is stated.
Ask: DeShawn wants national accounts, branch and credit to see one contractor account together, on Etowah Lane's own data, before anyone commits time.
Customer view: he is keeping the audience small. Carlos Medina attends because he knows where the data sits, and Laura is held back until there is something to show her.
Next: DeShawn to send two or three contractor account names so the view can be built around them.

- Jordan Pike 1 May 2026 10:52DeShawn, Good to talk earlier. Here's where we are: you want your national accounts managers, the branch side and credit to look at one contractor account together, and you want to see that on your own data before anyone commits time. I'd like to put a demo on the calendar for early next week. To be transparent, I'd rather keep it tight and built around two or three of your national contractor accounts, not a generic tour. Hannah Lowe, our solutions engineer, will run the data side. What would make this a yes for you: a Tuesday or a Wednesday afternoon? And who else do you want in the room? Laura, Carlos, someone from credit? Thanks, Jordan
- DeShawn Mitchell 1 May 2026 13:24Jordan, Tuesday works. Afternoon is better, I'm out at a branch in the morning. Let's keep this moving. Bring Hannah. I'll get Carlos in because he knows where our data sits. Laura I'll hold back until there's something to show her. She'll want to see numbers before she gives up an hour. One thing: show me the account, not the dashboard. My managers don't care how it's built. They want to know what the branch sees when a contractor walks in. Thanks, DeShawn
- Jordan Pike 5 May 2026 12:58DeShawn, Quick time check before this afternoon. I've pencilled the demo for 14:00 and I'll keep it to the hour, no longer. Agenda in one line: one national contractor account, seen the way a branch manager and a credit analyst would see it. Hannah will open by asking Carlos what he most needs to know about how it runs inside your Snowflake account, so it would help if he comes with his questions. If you can send me the names of the two or three contractor accounts you'd like us to use, we'll build the view around them. Thanks, Jordan
