Current to 13 Oct 26After a call, Lewis Kerr confirmed a Growth expansion at £6,225 plus VAT, co-termed to 10 Apr 2027. Nicola Brearley confirmed the summary and owns rollout. Andrew Sugden and Martin Firth have not replied in the thread.
Ask: Lewis set out the expansion value, the co-termed renewal and an expected close of 30 Jun 2026, and asked everyone to correct anything wrong. Martin was asked for an invoicing contact.
Customer view: Nicola said the summary matches her notes, that account managers use the single view far more than before, and that budget is Andrew's call.
Next: Lewis to send the order form the next morning. Andrew's confirmation of the figure and Martin's invoicing contact are outstanding.

- Lewis Kerr 22 Jun 2026 13:31Hello Andrew, Nicola, Martin, Thank you for the time on the call this morning. I wanted to put the outcome in writing so we all hold the same version. To put a number on it, the expansion on your Growth subscription comes to £6,225 plus VAT as the total value of the deal. It is co-termed to your renewal on 10 Apr 2027, so your renewal date does not move, and your current subscription at £44,000 a year is untouched by this. What I have understood from the call: - the expansion is wanted, and the usage across the account managers supports it - Nicola's team will own the rollout internally - Andrew needs the figure confirmed in writing before it goes into the plan - Martin will need the invoicing details so the first invoice lands with the right person The expected close date I have on my side is 30 Jun 2026. If that still works for you, I'll send the order form over today for review. I have copied Owen Tallis, our VP Sales, so you have a senior name on this as well. Could you each reply with anything I have got wrong, and Martin, let me know who should receive the invoice? Kind regards, Lewis Lewis Kerr Account Executive, BB-Demo
- Nicola Brearley 22 Jun 2026 15:41Hi Lewis, Thanks for this, it matches my notes. Three things from my side: 1. The summary is right. The account managers are using the single view of collections, tickets and invoices far more than a few months ago, so we want the extra capacity in place before the summer rush. 2. Rollout is mine. I'll have the first group set up within a couple of weeks of signing, so please tell me what you need from my team to make that smooth. 3. Budget is Andrew's call, as ever, so I'll leave him to confirm the number. Martin, can you reply to Lewis directly with the invoicing contact? It should be someone in your team rather than a shared mailbox. Thanks, Nicola
- Lewis Kerr 22 Jun 2026 16:22Hello all, Thank you, Nicola, that is very helpful and I'll plan the rollout support around your two weeks. To confirm where we are: the order form for the expansion at £6,225 plus VAT will reach you tomorrow morning, co-termed to 10 Apr 2027, with 30 Jun 2026 as the target for signature. If Andrew needs anything more for the business case before then, tell me and I'll send that over today rather than leave it to the end of the week. Martin, as soon as I have the invoicing contact I'll add it to the order form so nothing needs correcting afterwards. Kind regards, Lewis
