Current to 13 Oct 26Lewis Kerr summarised the £52k plus VAT Growth proposal for the CFO, Nicola Brearley and Martin Firth. Only Nicola replied: her team wants it, but timing rests with Andrew Sugden. Invoicing contact is still open.
Ask: Lewis wanted Andrew's view on the business case, Nicola's list of source systems and Martin's invoicing preferences. He copied Owen Tallis as VP Sales.
Customer view: Nicola said her team wants this so account managers see missed collections before the customer rings. She wants the depot and round join built in and cannot commit budget without Andrew.
Next: Lewis will send the order form within a day or so of Martin confirming. There is no reply from Andrew or Martin in the thread.

- Lewis Kerr 11 Mar 2025 12:18Hello all, A short note to pull together where we are on the Growth proposal, so that the three of you are looking at the same thing. What you would be buying: the brain on Growth, so that your account managers see each customer's collections, missed-collection tickets, calls and invoices in one place. The total value of the deal is £51,600 plus VAT. I have copied Owen, our VP Sales, who is across the commercial terms. What I need from each of you, to put a number on it and keep us moving towards 28 Mar 2025: - Andrew: whether the business case has what it needs from us, and whether anything is missing. - Nicola: which of your systems hold collections and complaints, so we confirm the right sources up front. - Martin: how you would like invoices raised and who they should go to. I'll send the order form over once those three are settled. Kind regards, Lewis
- Nicola Brearley 14 Mar 2025 13:37Hi Lewis, Thanks for this. Taking the three in turn. 1. Sources: I will get you the list from the operations team early next week. The real question for us is which depot and which round each complaint belongs to, so please make sure that join is part of what you set up. 2. Invoicing: Martin is copied and will reply himself. 3. Budget: I can't commit anything without Andrew, so the timing is down to him. What I can say is that my team want this. Missed collections need to be visible to the account manager before the customer rings, and that is the whole point for us. Thanks, Nicola
- Lewis Kerr 19 Mar 2025 14:45Hello all, Thank you, Nicola. That is clear, and I have noted the depot and round join as a requirement for the set-up. To put the position plainly: the deal sits at £51,600 plus VAT as a total, and the date we are working towards is still 28 Mar 2025. I am not going to push that date if the business case needs longer, but I would rather you heard from me now than found out later that it is getting tight. Martin, when you have a moment, could you confirm the invoicing contact and how you prefer to receive invoices? That is the one item still open on my side. Once I have it, the order form will follow within a day or so. Kind regards, Lewis
