Simon Achterberg, Chief Information Officer, is reviewing every platform as part of the platform programme and wants connectors, data location and cost in writing. He also wants to know who asks the questions. He is holding conclusions until he has the list.

Ask: Simon wants every configured connector, where the data lands and the annual cost of each, for an options paper. Amara Obi answered that connectors sit under the Growth subscription at £42k a year and the data stays in Carnmoor's own Snowflake account.

Customer view: Simon accepted a single subscription line and asked for a usage summary. He wants to see how much comes from the corporate account managers, because that shows who would feel it if the brain moved or went away.

Next: Kofi Asamoah is to send the connector list to Simon and Amara together. Sophie Ling can confirm the cost in writing.

Amara, I'm reviewing every platform Carnmoor pays for as part of the platform programme, and the brain is on my list. To place it properly in our target architecture, could you send me: - every connector currently configured - where the data from each one lands - the annual cost of each I'd like this in writing so I can include it in the options paper. Kofi is copied as he has wired most of the sources and will know the detail better than I do. Many thanks, Simon

Hi Simon, Thanks for the note, and good to be part of the programme. I've copied Sophie, who owns the commercial side of the account, so you have both of us on this. Here's where things stand: - Connectors: Kofi holds the live list of what is configured and how each source is mapped. I'd rather he confirms it than I give you a list from memory, so Kofi, could you send Simon the current list with the source system against each one? - Where the data lands: everything sits in Carnmoor's own Snowflake account. The brain is built and run inside it, so nothing is held in a BG-Demo environment that you don't control. - Cost: connectors are not priced one by one. They are covered by the Growth subscription, which is £41,800 a year under the order form and includes the 40 licensed users. The implementation fee was a one-off at the start, so it is not part of that annual figure. Sophie can confirm that in writing if you need it for the paper. One thing I should be straight about: a per-connector split of the £41,800 would be an allocation, not a real price, so I'd suggest we present it as a single subscription line unless your finance team wants it divided another way. If it helps, I can also send a short usage summary alongside the list, so the paper shows what the brain is being used for as well as what it costs. Best, Amara

Amara, That is helpful, and the point about the data staying in our own Snowflake account is useful for the architecture question. Thank you for being direct about the allocation. A single subscription line is fine for now. Yes, please send the usage summary. I'd like to see who is asking the questions and how much of it comes from the corporate account managers, because that tells me who would feel it if the brain moved or went away. Kofi, once you have the connector list, please send it to me and Amara together. I'll hold off drawing any conclusions until I have both. Simon
