As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Ian Prendergast, Finance Director, answered the order form for signature by asking for the £54k total split into one-off, yearly recurring and first-renewal amounts, in writing. He has not committed to signing by Tuesday 18 Nov 2025.
Ask: Ian wants the £54k total stated against its parts: what is one-off, what recurs each year, and what the recurring part would be at the first renewal. He needs it to explain the second-year cost to the board.
Customer view: Careful and unhurried. He will not agree anything on a call and says Tuesday is not impossible but he would rather be right than early.
Next: Sophie Ling should send a short written note splitting implementation from subscription and stating the renewal-year recurring amount. The thread shows no reply from BG-Demo yet.

- Sophie Ling 14 Nov 2025 09:47Hi Ian, Thanks for your time over the last few weeks and for the questions on the draft. I have now attached the order form for the Growth subscription and implementation, ready for signature. The total value of the deal is £53,800. I am conscious you will want to see how that breaks down, so the schedule in the order form sets out the one-off implementation work and the subscription separately, along with the connectors we have committed to bring live. We are aiming to have this signed by Tuesday 18 Nov 2025 so that the implementation team can book the start with your people. If your legal or finance colleagues need anything further before then, let me know and I will turn it round quickly. The order form sits under the MSA you have already reviewed, so there should be no change to the wider terms. Best, Sophie Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Ian Prendergast 14 Nov 2025 12:45Sophie, Thank you. I have read it through. Before I put it in front of anyone, one point. You quote £53,800 as the total value. I need that stated in pounds against its parts: what is one-off, what recurs each year, and what the recurring part would be at the first renewal. A single total tells me nothing about what we will be paying in the second year, and I will need to explain that to the board. If the schedule already shows this, point me to the line and I will look again. If it does not, please send a short note with the split. I am not going to agree anything on a call, so please put it in writing. We will take a view once I have it. Tuesday is not impossible, but I would rather be right than early. Ian Prendergast
