As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Sophie Ling recapped the Growth proposal at £54k total deal value, one-off implementation included. Priti Varma replied with two questions: how current the data is, and how access is limited to her own accounts.
Ask: Priti, who would use the brain most days, wants to know how often data refreshes and what happens if a source system is slow. She also wants to see only the client accounts she looks after.
Customer view: She agrees the recap matches her notes and leaves commercial points to Gemma Thorne. Her concern is trust in freshness before she shows it to the wider team.
Next: Hannah Lowe is copied to answer the refresh question. Sophie needs to confirm how access is scoped per account manager.

- Sophie Ling 22 Sep 2025 14:03Hi Gemma, hi Priti, Thank you both for your time at the demo last week. It was useful to see the questions your account managers actually ask before a client review, as those are the ones we want the brain to answer without anyone rebuilding the picture by hand. A quick recap of where we landed: - You'd like corporate account managers, the driver service desk and remarketing to see each client's fleet, queries and invoices together. - Growth is the tier that fits, as it covers several teams and brings in the dashboards builder and quarterly reviews with us. - The proposal comes to £53,800 in total. To be clear, that is the total deal value and it includes the one-off implementation fee, so it is not an annual price. I'll split it out line by line in the order form so there's no ambiguity. We're pencilled in against a target of 18 Nov 2025 for a decision, but that's a planning date for us, not a deadline for you. Could you each tell me what's still unanswered? Hannah is copied and can pick up anything technical. Kind regards, Sophie Sophie Ling Account Executive, BG-Demo
- Priti Varma 24 Sep 2025 10:50Hi Sophie, Thanks for the recap, that matches my notes. Two things from my side, as the person who would use this most days: First, when I'm preparing for a review, I need to be sure the invoice and query information is current, not a snapshot from last week. Could Hannah explain how often the data refreshes and what happens if a source system is slow? Second, can you confirm how we would be set up for our clients' fleets so I only see the accounts I look after? I'd rather understand that before we show it to the wider team. On the commercial side I'll leave that to Gemma. Kind regards, Priti Varma Corporate Account Manager, Carnmoor Fleet Leasing
