As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Callie Brennan asks Zoe Kendrick to book the kickoff and supply policy system and claims mailbox access. Zoe asks for Wednesday afternoon and warns the IT credentials may be late. Logistical thread.
Ask: Callie wants a one hour kickoff and written access to the policy system and claims mailbox by Tuesday. She will not start any connector without access in writing.
Customer view: Zoe accepts a Wednesday slot but says the team is stretched and that credentials depend on IT, so she might be behind.
Next: Callie sends the invite and the customer chases IT for access. Slow access is the main risk to the implementation plan.

- Callie Brennan 21 Nov 2024 09:12Hi Zoe, I am Callie, I will be running your implementation. I would like to book the kickoff for next week, ideally Tuesday or Wednesday, about an hour. Here is the plan for the session: - Walk through the sources you want connected, claims first - Agree who is your admin for the brain - Confirm the order we switch things on What I need from your side is credentials for the policy system and the claims mailbox before we switch on the refresh, ideally a day ahead of the kickoff. Which day suits? Thanks, Callie
- Zoe Kendrick 22 Nov 2024 16:54Hi Callie, Quick question: can we do Wednesday afternoon? Tuesday is a mess with renewals. I will need to check who can get you the credentials, probably someone in IT, so I might be a bit behind on that. We're stretched this month. Thanks, Zoe
- Callie Brennan 25 Nov 2024 13:43Hi Zoe, Wednesday afternoon works. I will send the invite today. To keep the day clean, here is what I need and by when: - Access details for the policy system: by Tuesday, so I can test the connection before the kickoff - Access to the claims mailbox: by Tuesday as well - The name of your admin: at the kickoff is fine I will not start any connector until I have access in writing, so if the IT request is slow, tell me early and we will adjust the plan rather than rush it. Thanks, Callie
