Current to 14 Oct 26After the demo, Priya Raman recapped the Growth proposal and asked for IT and claims input. Abi Coombes replied with questions on connector access, data location and who looks after the nightly refresh, and asked for Hannah Lowe to answer.
Ask: Priya wanted connector questions from Abi and a list of first claims questions from Sinead, to stay on track for signature by 8 Nov 2024. Abi replied; there is no response from Sinead or Zoe in the thread.
Customer view: Abi wants written confirmation that data stays inside the customer's own Snowflake account, read-only access if possible, and clarity on refresh ownership. He prefers the detail from Hannah rather than guessing.
Next: Hannah Lowe needs to answer Abi in writing, and Priya still needs the claims question list from Sinead.

- Priya Raman 27 Sep 2024 12:04Hi all, Thank you for your time on the demo. It was really useful to have the account executives, claims and IT in the same session. A quick recap of where we are. You saw the Growth tier running on a sample of your own data, and the main interest was seeing a client's policies, queries and complaints in one place. The proposal is with Zoe. We are aiming to have the paperwork signed by 8 Nov 2024, and the deal value on the proposal is £51,600, which includes the one-off implementation. Two things would help us keep this moving: - Abi, any questions on how the connectors are set up and what access you would need to grant. Hannah is copied and will answer in writing. - Sinead, a short list of the claims questions you would want answered first, so we can make sure they are covered in the set-up plan. If we can get these back by early next week, we can stay on track for the date above. Best, Priya
- Abi Coombes 30 Sep 2024 09:03Hi Priya, Thanks for the recap. A few questions from the IT side before we go further: - What access would we need to give the connectors, and can it be read-only? - Where does the data sit once it is loaded? I understood it stays inside our own Snowflake account, but I would like that confirmed in writing. - Who looks after the nightly refresh if one of the sources changes? Could Hannah answer these directly? I would rather have the detail from her than guess. Regards, Abi Coombes Systems Administrator, Saltdean Hart Insurance Brokers
