What this says
Current to 14 Oct 26After the kickoff call, Bas Kuijpers confirmed the source order: CRM, helpdesk, then order and delivery data. Access and security review sit with Mirjam Hendriks, and Bas asked about admin rights.
Ask: Laura Penhaligon needs access set-up from Mirjam, the source list from Bas and the first user group from Femke.
Customer view: Bas agrees the summary and says delivery complaints matter most to Femke. Only Bas has replied; Mirjam and Femke have not in this thread.
Next: Bas sends the source list early next week.

- Laura Penhaligon 28 Nov 2025 11:48Hello all, Thank you for your time on the kickoff call this morning. A short summary so we are all working from the same list. - Mirjam: please confirm who in IT will set up access for BB-Demo inside your Snowflake account, and whether anything needs to go through your internal security review first. - Bas: please send me the list of systems you want connected first, in priority order. From the call I understood the CRM and the helpdesk come first, with order and delivery data after that, but please correct me. - Femke: please confirm which account managers should be in the first group of users, so that we can set up their view of each installer. Once I have these three answers I can book the first working sessions with Bas. Elena is copied and will keep an eye on the plan from the customer success side. If I have misunderstood anything from the call, please say so and I will update the notes. Kind regards, Laura Penhaligon Implementation Consultant, BB-Demo
- Bas Kuijpers 28 Nov 2025 14:37Hi Laura, Thanks for the summary, it matches my notes. On the systems: your order is right. CRM first, then the helpdesk, then the order and delivery data. The delivery complaints are the part Femke cares most about, so I would like to see those early. I will send the exact list of sources and who owns each one by the beginning of next week. Mirjam can answer the access question better than I can, so I leave that one to her. I think a security review is needed, but I do not know how long it takes on her side. One question from my side: do you need me to have admin rights in the brain from the start, or only once the first connectors are live? Best regards, Bas
