Hamza Akhtar asked Niamh Fogarty for times for two onboarding sessions. Niamh offered Tuesday or Wednesday morning, wants a colleague on the second, and asked who approves admin access to sources. Largely logistical.

Ask: Hamza proposed two hour-long sessions, one on connectors and one on how agency groups are laid out.

Customer view: Niamh is cooperative and offered two mornings, ideally before eleven. She wants Siobhán on the second session as the main reader of the agency group pages, subject to her travel.

Next: Niamh asked whether admin access to sources must be sorted beforehand and is unsure who approves it on her side.

Hi Niamh, Thanks for the call earlier this week. As promised, I'd like to get the onboarding sessions into the diary so we can start connecting your sources and get the first pages built for the customer success team. Could you let me know which mornings suit you next week? I'd suggest two sessions of about an hour, one to walk through the connectors and one to look at how you want agency groups laid out. If anyone else on your side should join, such as Siobhán, just say and I'll include them. Thanks, Hamza

Hi Hamza, Thanks for this. Tuesday and Wednesday morning next week both work for me, ideally before eleven. I'd like Siobhán on the second session as she'll be the main reader of the agency group pages, but she is travelling early in the week so I'll confirm with her and come back to you. One question: should I have admin access to the sources sorted before the first session, or can we do that together on the day? I'm not sure who needs to approve it on our side. Kind regards, Niamh
