Lewis Kerr quoted an expansion of £2,934 plus VAT, co-termed to the 5 Jan 2026 renewal, and flagged a usage dip. Kirsty Robson had no firm answer and Graeme Charlton did not reply in the thread.

Ask: Lewis wanted to close the expansion by 8 Sep 2025 but first asked whether it still fits what the contract managers need.

Customer view: Kirsty says the heaviest users have been moving between sites and she is checking whether they want the capacity now or after the new year. She gave no firm answer.

Next: Lewis offered to hold the quote, sent the order form and asked for a dated next step. There is no response from Graeme in the thread.

Graeme, Kirsty, Thank you for the time on the call last week. To put a number on it, the expansion we discussed comes to £2,934 plus VAT, co-termed to your renewal on 5 Jan 2026. I've been looking at how the team is using the brain and, honestly, activity has dipped over the last quarter. I don't want you paying for something the usage doesn't support, so before this goes further I'd like to understand whether the expansion still fits what your contract managers need. If it does, I'd like to close it by 8 Sep 2025. Could one of you let me know where you stand? Kind regards, Lewis

Hi Lewis, Thanks for being straight about the usage, it's a fair point. A couple of people who used it most have been moving between sites and we haven't replaced that habit yet. I'm still checking with the contract managers whether they want the extra capacity now or after the new year. I haven't got a firm answer for you. Graeme is copied and may want to weigh in on timing. Kirsty

Kirsty, thank you, that's helpful. Graeme, so you have the position in one place: the expansion is £2,934 plus VAT for the 40 licensed users' tier you already hold, and nothing else changes. If the team would rather wait, I'm happy to hold the quote and revisit it nearer the renewal. I'd just rather we agreed a dated next step than let it drift. I'll send the order form over today so you can see the wording either way. Kind regards, Lewis
