Tom Ashdown followed up the demo and restated a £54k Growth deal including implementation. Leanne Armstrong named turnaround by trust, split by MRI and CT, as the week-one priority and asked about all twelve sites.

Ask: Tom asked which trust reports matter most in week one. Leanne put turnaround by trust, MRI and CT, with open tickets per site first, and invoices second.

Customer view: She asked whether all twelve sites are covered from the start. Tom said they can be, with Hannah to confirm the connectors in writing.

Next: Tom promised the proposal to Aisha the next day, and Leanne agreed that worked.

Hi Aisha, hi Leanne, Thanks for your time on the demo. It was good to see the brain running on your own referral and reporting-turnaround data, and I thought the questions about how each trust's tickets sit next to its invoices were the right ones. Two things from my notes. First, Hannah has copied the connector list we talked about, so she can confirm which of your systems we would connect first. Second, I'll pull together the Growth proposal. The total for the deal comes to £53,800 and that includes the one-off implementation fee, though I'll confirm that in writing rather than leave it on my say-so. Could you let me know which of the trust reports you'd most want to see working in week one? That will shape how we scope it. Cheers, Tom

Hi Tom, Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy week on the reporting side. For week one, the report we get asked about most is turnaround by trust, split by MRI and CT. If that could be seen alongside the open tickets for each site, that would save us a good deal of manual work. Invoices matter, but I would put them second. One question: does the proposal cover all twelve sites from the start, or would we need to phase them? Regards, Leanne

Hi Leanne, No drama on the timing, thanks for coming back to me. On the sites, the short answer is that the brain is not limited by site, so all twelve can be in from the start. Hannah will confirm the detail on the connectors and she'll put that in writing for you. Turnaround by trust next to open tickets sounds a sensible first target. Aisha, I'm aiming to have the proposal with you tomorrow. Leave that with me. Cheers, Tom

Thanks Tom, that's helpful. Tomorrow works for us. Leanne
