Summary - Usage has grown compared with the previous quarter. More of the merchant account managers and merchant risk colleagues are now working from the single merchant view. - Support was quiet. There was one ticket in the last month, and it has been resolved. - You are using the licence of 40 users well within the Growth tier, and no invoices are overdue. Actions - First, I will send Katrin the source for each usage statement above, so she can show it to the auditors. I will make sure that arrives this week. - Second, Jonas will confirm in writing which role in your Snowflake account the brain uses, so that your access documentation is current. - Third, I will prepare a short governance note for Matthias covering how the service is run and escalated.
