Head of Procurement Henrik Lorenz says the order form was not signed on 7 Oct 2026 and that this is not a refusal. Information security review is open; procurement wants exit plan, governance and EU residency confirmed in writing.

Ask: Henrik lists three written items: the exit plan including return or deletion of data, how the service is governed and who at BG-Demo is accountable, and confirmation that EU data residency applies unchanged to Enterprise.

Customer view: He asks BG-Demo not to treat the original date as fixed. Matthias will not sign before information security finishes, and Dennis Wolter will come back separately on invoicing.

Next: Matteo Ricci answers all three people in writing. The thread gives no new signature date, and the customer says it will say when the review is done.

Dear Matthias, Henrik, Dennis, Thank you for your time on our last call. As promised, let me confirm in writing where we are, so that the decision timeline is clear to everyone. The proposal is to move Brenneck Pay from Growth to Enterprise. The total value of the expansion order form is £125,000. For reference, the current Growth subscription is £50,000 in annual recurring revenue, and you hold 40 licensed users today. Enterprise would add single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, an executive sponsor on our side, and the higher service levels. Your data stays in the EU region, as it does now. We are working towards signature on Wednesday 7 Oct 2026. I would rather you heard it from me early: if information security or procurement need more time, please say so now and we will adjust. I will not ask you to sign ahead of those reviews. Three things I believe are still open, and please correct me: - Information security review of the Enterprise terms. - Procurement's view on the order form wording. - Finance's confirmation of how the expansion is invoiced. What does your regulator need to see from us for the outsourcing register? If there is a document you want drafted, tell me and I will have it ready. Owen is copied as he is senior sponsor on our side for this deal. Best regards, Matteo

Dear Matteo, Thank you for your note. To be clear about status: the order form was not signed on 7 Oct 2026, and I do not want that to be read as a refusal. Information security has not yet completed its review, and Matthias will not sign before it has. From procurement's side, we need the following in writing before we can move forward: - The exit plan, including how our data is returned or deleted at the end of the term. - How the service is governed, and who at BG-Demo is accountable. - Confirmation that the EU data residency applies unchanged to the Enterprise tier. Dennis will come back to you separately on invoicing. Please send your answers to all three of us, so the outsourcing register entry can be prepared once the review closes. I would ask you not to treat the original date as fixed. We will tell you when the review is done. Kind regards, Henrik Lorenz Head of Procurement, Brenneck Pay
