Ask: Sophie Ling sent the order form for signature, with the £62k total deal value including the one-off implementation fee.
Customer view: Matthias Ebner said he cannot name a finish date he cannot defend. He asked BG-Demo not to treat 20 Jan 2026 as agreed.
Next: Sophie offered a short call with the reviewing teams. The thread shows no customer response to that offer.

It sets out the tier, the EU data residency, the connectors we have agreed to bring live and the payment terms. The total value of the deal is £62,000, which includes the one-off implementation fee. The date we have been working towards for signature is 20 Jan 2026. If you or your colleagues have comments on the wording, please send them to me and I will take them through our side promptly.
