What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Holly Tranter confirmed on 4 Sep 2024 that the search problem affecting client-account directors is fixed and told Bethan Lister to close the ticket. Two directors she asked were also happy.
Customer view: Holly confirms the same search now returns complete results with no error. She values the quick turnaround and the explanation of what was changed.
Risk: she says the team is still getting used to the tool and an early hiccup puts people off. Adoption among directors is the live concern.
Next: Bethan can close the ticket as Holly agreed.

- Bethan Lister 4 Sep 2024 13:18Hi Holly, I've picked up your ticket again this afternoon to check it is sitting right for you. Just so I've got this right: the problem you raised was stopping client-account directors getting what they needed in the brain, and we made a change on our side to put it straight. Can you try that and tell me what you see? Specifically: 1. Open the brain as you normally would and run the same search you ran when you raised the ticket. 2. Check the results look complete and current. 3. Let me know if anything still looks off, and quote back any error text exactly as it appears. I haven't closed the ticket and I won't until you've had a look and told me it works for you. Thanks, Bethan
- Holly Tranter 4 Sep 2024 15:57Hi Bethan, Thanks for following this up. I ran the same search a few minutes ago and it behaves as it should now. The results look complete and nothing came back with an error. I also asked a couple of the directors to try it from their side, and they are happy too. It is a relief, to be honest, as we are still getting people used to the tool and a hiccup this early puts them off. You can close the ticket. Thanks for the quick turnaround and for explaining what you did, that helps me when I'm asked about it internally. Kind regards, Holly Business Systems Analyst, Delancey Haig
