Current to 13 Oct 26Callie Brennan sent Tariq Saleem the onboarding plan on 26 Mar 2025 and asked for service account confirmation, a branch system contact and a first user shortlist. Logistical thread; no customer response in the thread.
Ask: Callie wants written service account access per source system, a named person for the branch system extract and a shortlist of first users. She will not start a connector until access is in writing.
Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread, so Tariq's position is not shown.
Next: Callie offered a connectors working session that week and a mapping review early the following week. The setup note at the end is meant to let Tariq run the admin side alone.

- Callie Brennan 26 Mar 2025 09:07Hi Tariq, Thanks for the time on the call. As promised, here is the plan for the onboarding sessions so we can get dates against each one before we switch on the refresh. What I need from your side is below, in the order I would like to take things: - Written confirmation of the service account access for each source system you want connected first. I won't start a connector until that is in writing, so the sooner it lands the sooner we can book the session. - A named person on your side for the branch system extract, so the account matching between the branch system and the CRM can be mapped properly. That maps cleanly only if we have someone who knows the field definitions. - A shortlist of the first group of users, so we can set up the roles for the branch, key-account and credit-control teams. The contract covers two hundred licensed users, so there is plenty of room, but I would like to start with a small group. On timing, I can do a working session on connectors on Thursday or Friday this week, and then a mapping review early next week. If either of those is awkward, tell me which days suit you better and I will move things around. At the end I will leave you with a setup note, so you can run the admin side on your own. Thanks, Callie
