Customer view: Karin said the recap matched her understanding and the date seems achievable, but she would rather not rush the last step. Mats and Annika did not reply in the thread.
Next: signatory and invoicing details are outstanding. The subscription renewal is separate and runs to 31 May 2026.

To recap where we are: the expansion order form is with you, the deal amount is £1,216, and we're aiming to have it signed by Monday 9 February 2026. Two things from my side. Mats, can you confirm who signs for Lindqvarn Retail? And Annika, could you let me have the invoicing details your team needs on the invoice, so nothing holds up payment later? I've copied Owen, who is helping on the commercial side. This is separate from your current subscription, which runs to 31 May 2026. We'll pick that up in its own conversation. Cheers, Tom

Mats will confirm the signatory, and Annika will send the invoicing details directly to you. I think we can keep to the date you mention, but I would rather we do not rush the last step.
