After the demo on Lindqvarn's own data, Johan Berglund asked how web shop data connects and how platform changes are handled. Tom Ashdown promised a written connector approach from Hannah Lowe and an Enterprise proposal.

Ask: Karin Sjöberg wants one view per customer segment that store managers can act on. Johan wants to know how e-commerce data is connected and who on his side is involved.

Customer view: Johan fears the brain breaking when the web shop platform setup changes. He accepted Tom's plan and will share Hannah's note with Karin.

Next: Hannah to write up the connector approach, and Tom to send the Enterprise proposal, with 18 Mar 2025 as a target for agreed terms.

Hi Karin, Johan, Thanks for your time this morning. Good to see the demo running on your own customer service and web shop data rather than a made-up set, and the questions from both of you were useful. Two things I picked up. Karin, you want one view per customer segment that the store managers can act on. Johan, you want to know how the e-commerce side gets pulled in and how quickly it refreshes. Hannah is copied and can answer the technical detail. Could you each send me anything you would like us to cover before we go further? Then we can get something in the diary for the next step. Best, Tom

Hello Tom, Thank you for the follow-up. From the e-commerce side my main question is how our web shop data is connected and who on our side needs to be involved. We change the platform setup from time to time and I do not want the brain to break when we do. Can Hannah explain how that is usually handled? Regards, Johan Berglund Head of E-commerce

Hi Johan, Fair question, and no drama. Hannah will put the connector approach in writing for you, including what we would need from your team and what happens when a source system changes. She will be in touch directly. On the commercial side, I will send the proposal for the Enterprise tier so you and Karin can look at it together. We are working towards 18 Mar 2025 as a sensible date to have terms agreed, but that is a target, not a deadline. Leave that with me. Cheers, Tom

Tom, That works for me. I will read Hannah's note when it arrives and share it with Karin so we can discuss it together with the store teams. Regards, Johan
