As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Amara Obi gave formal renewal notice for the Growth subscription due 31 Oct 2026. COO Brendan Moran asked for the gap between the £55k renewal deal and contracted £47k explained in writing.
Ask: Brendan wants the difference between the renewal deal figure and the contracted annual amount explained in writing before he considers anything.
Customer view: He will review terms against the executed order form and does not sign drafts. He also asked what BG-Demo has in mind for the team's use over the coming year.
Next: Lewis Kerr is to send the proposed renewal terms. The settlement target is 23 Oct 2026, which has already passed relative to today and the thread shows no outcome.

- Amara Obi 31 Jul 2026 15:37Dear Brendan, I'm Amara, your Customer Success Manager at BG-Demo. I'm writing to give you formal notice that your Growth subscription comes up for renewal on 31 Oct 2026. Here is where things stand: - Current contracted annual recurring revenue: £46,800 - Licensed users: 40 - Renewal in our records: the open renewal deal currently stands at £55,000, and Lewis will confirm exactly what that covers - Target date to have the renewal settled: 23 Oct 2026 Here's what the numbers say on usage: more of your team has been using the brain over the last quarter, which is encouraging, and I'd like to build on that. Lewis, who is copied, will send you the renewal paperwork for your review. Please take whatever time you need to read it. Could you let me know who else at Clonvara should be involved in the decision? Best, Amara
- Brendan Moran 31 Jul 2026 18:00Dear Amara, Thank you for the notice, and for introducing yourself. Before we go further, I would like to be clear about which version we are looking at. I keep the folder of every version of our supplier contracts, and the figure you quote for the renewal deal is different from the contracted annual amount. From a compliance point of view, I would like the difference explained in writing before I consider anything. Please ask Lewis to send the proposed renewal terms, and I will review them against the executed order form. I do not sign drafts, so I will need the final version, and I would rather we did this properly than quickly. I would be glad to hear what you have in mind for the team's use of the brain over the coming year. Kind regards, Brendan Moran
