After the QBR, Marcus Bell wrote that active users fell on the previous quarter, logins are well below 40 licensed users and a small group asks most questions. He asked what is behind it ahead of contract end on 31 Mar 2027.

Ask: Pieter is asked which shipper reviews are not using the brain, and Bas whether a source changed. Marloes needs to do nothing for now.

Customer view: there is no customer response in the thread.

Next: Marcus proposed half an hour next week, with Tom Ashdown copied. The CFO is copied ahead of the 31 Mar 2027 contract end.

Hi all, Thanks for making the time for the QBR. I've pulled the numbers together and wanted to put the main points in writing so we all have the same picture. - Usage: active users have dropped compared with the previous quarter, and the number of people logging in each month is well below the 40 licensed users on your Growth plan. - Who is asking: most of the questions are coming from a small group, so the value is not yet reaching all of the account managers. - Support: there has been one high priority ticket recently, which we are still working through with Bas. I don't want to read too much into one quarter, and I know the summer months are always quieter. Even so, I'd like us to understand what is behind it before the autumn review cycle starts. What would help me most: - Pieter, which shipper reviews are not yet using the brain, and why? - Bas, is there any source that has changed on your side recently that might affect what people see? - Marloes, nothing needed from you for now. I'm copying you so you have the same view as the team ahead of the contract end on 31 Mar 2027. Happy to jump on a call with whoever is free. Shall we book half an hour next week? Tom is copied so he is across it too. Thanks, Marcus
