Ask: Tom asked for a signed order form with no change to scope, ahead of the term ending on 31 Mar 2026.

Customer view: Marloes confirmed the user count, the £44k annual amount and quarterly invoicing in advance were as agreed, and returned the signed copy.

Next: Tom countersigns and files the executed form, and Rachel sends the next quarterly invoice separately.

Hi Marloes, Hope you're well. Following the chats with Marcus, I've attached the renewal order form for your Growth subscription: 40 licensed users, £44,000 a year, running on from the current term which ends on 31 Mar 2026. There's no change to the scope, so it should match what you have on file. If you can sign it and send it back, that would get it tidy well before the term ends. I'd hoped to have it done by 16 Mar 2026, but no drama if it's a day or two after. Let me know if anything doesn't line up and leave that with me. Best, Tom

Dear Tom, I have checked the order form against the existing contract. The user count and the annual amount of £44,000 are as agreed, and the invoicing remains quarterly in advance, as agreed. The signed copy is attached. Met vriendelijke groet, Marloes Hendriks

Hi Marloes, Thanks for turning that round so quickly, much appreciated. I've got the signed copy and will get it countersigned and filed today. You'll have the executed version back from me shortly. We'll carry on from 1 Apr 2026 as before, and Rachel will send the next quarterly invoice separately. Best, Tom
