Laura Penhaligon and Ilse de Graaf agree two training groups for the account managers, on a Tuesday and a Thursday morning. In-person attendance is still unconfirmed. Logistical thread.

Ask: Laura wants the account manager training in the diary, split into two groups because there are 40 licensed users.

Customer view: Ilse agrees that two groups sounds sensible and prefers Tuesdays and Thursdays. She needs to check whether everyone can attend in person.

Next: Laura will send invites and needs to know which shipper accounts each group wants as examples.

Hi Ilse, Thanks for your time on the call today. As discussed, I would like to get the training sessions for the account managers into the diary. We have 40 licensed users, so I suggest splitting them into two groups so each session stays hands-on. Could you let me know which mornings suit your team best over the next couple of weeks? Mornings tend to work well because the nightly refresh has landed by then and we can use fresh data in the exercises. Thanks, Laura

Hi Laura, Thanks for this. Two groups sounds sensible. Tuesdays and Thursdays are best for most of us, as Mondays are busy with shipper planning and Fridays are short. I am not sure yet whether everyone can attend in person, so I may need to check with a couple of colleagues first. Could we do the first group next week and the second the week after? Kind regards, Ilse

Hi Ilse, That works for me. I will pencil in a Tuesday morning for the first group and a Thursday morning the following week for the second, and send calendar invites later today. If anyone needs to join remotely, just tell me and I will set up a link. It would help to know which shipper accounts each group wants to use as examples, so I can prepare them in advance. Best, Laura
