Leanne Moss, the admin, replied after four days that the team is short of people. She declined Tuesday and asked for Friday at 10:00, which Callie Brennan booked. Only the first source's credentials are likely ready.

Ask: Callie Brennan asked Leanne for an onboarding session, written access for the first source and a list of users.

Customer view: Leanne said it has been a busy first week and they are short of people. She would rather not rush the access details and must check with IT on the rest.

Next: Friday at 10:00 is booked. Callie will start with the first source and add the rest as access arrives.

Hi Leanne, Happy new year. Following the kickoff, I'd like to book an onboarding session with you as Fairhallow's admin. It will cover the sources, the field mapping and how you will run the brain day to day. What I need from your side is: - two slots next week that suit you, about an hour each - written access details for the first source, before we switch on the refresh - a note of who else on your team should be set up as a user I have Tuesday at 14:00 or Wednesday at 10:00 free. Would either work? Thanks, Callie

Hi Callie, Thanks for this, and happy new year. Sorry for the slow reply, it has been a busy first week back and we are short of people. Tuesday is too tight for me, I'm afraid, and I would rather not rush the access details. Could we do Friday at 10:00 instead? I should have the credentials for the first source by then, though I will have to check with a colleague in IT about the rest. Leanne

Hi Leanne, Friday at 10:00 is booked, an invite will follow shortly. To make the hour count, please have these ready: - written access for the first source, which I will check before anything is connected - the list of people to be set up as users, up to the 40 licensed users on the Growth tier - anything from your colleague in IT on the other sources, even if it is only a question If the other sources are not ready by Friday, that's fine. We will start with the first and add the rest as access arrives. Thanks, Callie
