Current to 13 Oct 26Amara Obi asked for QBR slots before the 4 Jan 2027 renewal, citing a slight dip in active users. Gemma Holt offered afternoon slots and said two account managers found retailer data slow to catch up some mornings.
Ask: Amara wants a one hour QBR within a couple of weeks, with more people in the room. She wants to know whether the dip is holiday season or a drift back to spreadsheets.
Customer view: Gemma thinks the dip is partly people being away, but passes on a freshness comment from two account managers. She calls it possibly nothing and wants it raised at the QBR.
Next: Amara books a Thursday or Friday afternoon slot and brings usage charts. Slow morning data should be checked against the nightly refresh commitment before the meeting.

- Amara Obi 16 Sep 2026 13:51Hi Gemma, Let's get the next QBR in the diary. I'd like to do it in the next couple of weeks, which leaves time to act on anything it throws up before your renewal on 4 Jan 2027. Here's what the numbers say so far: active users are slightly down on the previous quarter, nothing dramatic, but I don't like to let a dip go unmentioned. I'd like to understand whether it's holiday season, or whether some of the account managers have drifted back to spreadsheets. I'll bring the usage charts with me. It would be worth having a few others in the room if you can. Who else should be there? If the customer service access is in place by then, they'd be useful voices. Could you send me a couple of slots that work for you? An hour should do it. Best, Amara
- Gemma Holt 21 Sep 2026 11:10Hi Amara, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a busy few days with the retailer review. Thursday or Friday afternoon of next week would suit me best. Mornings are hopeless at the moment. On the dip: I think it's partly people being away, but I'll ask round, because two of the account managers have said the retailer data felt a bit slow to catch up some mornings. Might be nothing. Worth raising at the QBR anyway. I'll bring someone from customer service if I can get the access list sorted first. Fingers crossed. Cheers, Gemma
