Hi Gemma, Let's get the next check-in in the diary. Usage has kept climbing since we last spoke: active users are up again on the previous quarter, which is a good sign, and I would like to show you the charts and talk about which teams are asking the most. You also raised a couple of tickets this month, so I would like to go through those with you and make sure you are happy with how they were handled. I would rather hear about anything that is bothering you from me than find out later. The contract runs to 4 Jan 2027, so it would also be sensible to start thinking about how you want the renewal to look. No rush, but it is useful to have it in mind. Could you do a call in the next couple of weeks? Let me know what suits. Best, Amara

Hi Amara, Thanks. Yes, happy to do a call. The next two weeks are a bit tight with the retailer review prep, so the week after next is easier for me, mornings if possible. The tickets were fine, nothing to worry about, although I would like to understand why we hit them in the first place. Send the usage charts over beforehand and I will have a look. On the renewal, let's cover it on the call and I will bring Rajesh in if we need to. Cheers, Gemma
