Amara Obi and Gemma Holt fixed the next QBR for Thursday afternoon. Gemma asked to add customer service and how that sits with the 40 licences. She wants Rajesh Mistry there to see usage figures.

Ask: Gemma wants Kelly's customer service team to query complaint and order data themselves, rather than through her.

Customer view: very positive about the account managers' results. Rajesh will want to see usage figures before he agrees to anything.

Next: Amara will show seats in use and room left, and Lewis can price extra seats if they do not fit.

Hi Gemma, Here's what the numbers say: usage across the account managers and your team has picked up nicely since the start of the year, and I'd like to walk you through it properly rather than in an email. Let's get the next QBR in the diary. I can do either of these slots next week, whichever suits you better: - Tuesday morning - Thursday afternoon It would be about an hour. I'll bring the usage charts, the connector status and a short list of ideas for getting more of the business on the brain. One question to think about before we meet: who else should have access? You mentioned customer service a while back, so it would be good to know where that stands. Best, Amara

Hi Amara, Thanks for this. Thursday afternoon works for me. Tuesday is full of retailer reviews. The account managers love it, honestly. We had a review last week where the answer was already in the brain before the retailer asked, which was a first. Can we get customer service on? Kelly's team keep asking me to pull complaint and order data for them, and it would be much easier if they could just ask it themselves. Not sure how that sits with the 40 licences, so can you tell me where we are? Should Rajesh be there too? He'll want to see the usage figures before he agrees to anything. Hi Gemma, Thursday afternoon it is. I'll send the invite today. On licences: you have 40 licensed users, so I'll show you how many seats are in use and how much room is left for Kelly's team. If it fits, there is nothing to buy. If it doesn't, Lewis can put a number on it and we'll keep it sensible. Yes, please do bring Rajesh. I'll make sure the usage figures are the first page, since that's what he'll want to see. Anything else you'd like on the agenda? Otherwise I'll cover usage, connectors, how customer service would use it, and what you'd like from the next quarter. Best, Amara
