- Amara Obi 7 May 2026 17:43Hi Gemma, Thanks for making time on our last call. It was really useful to hear how the account managers are using the brain for the retailer reviews. Here's what the numbers say: active users are up well on last quarter and tickets are quiet, which is what I like to see. I'd like to get our next check-in in the diary so we can look at who else should have access, and in particular how customer service is getting on. Could you do a half hour sometime next week? I'm flexible on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday, mornings are best for me. If it's easier to bring someone from customer service along, just say and I'll shape the agenda around them. Best, Amara
- Gemma Holt 7 May 2026 19:33Hi Amara, Great, thanks. Yes, let's do it. The account managers love it and I've got a couple of nice examples from this month's retailer prep that I'd like to show you. Wednesday morning works best for me, anything before lunch. Thursday is a bit of a squeeze as we've got people at the second site. I'll try and get someone from customer service to join for the last ten minutes. They've had a few questions about how to filter complaints by retailer, so it would be good to have you there. Cheers, Gemma
- Amara Obi 8 May 2026 14:27Hi Gemma, Wednesday morning it is. I've put an invite in your diary for next week, so do shout if the time doesn't suit and I'll move it. I'll bring a short usage chart and a quick walkthrough of the complaints filter, so your colleague from customer service can try it on the call. If they could send me one or two real questions beforehand, that would make it much more useful. Looking forward to seeing the retailer examples. Best, Amara
