What this says
As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Amara Obi's 6 May 2026 notes to Gemma Holt: usage about double the previous quarter, quiet support, invoices paid, contract at £50k a year to 4 Jan 2027, and agreed actions on customer service access.
Where things stand: Amara records climbing usage, two how-to tickets and nothing outstanding on invoices. She wants to plan the renewal early, as the contract runs to 4 Jan 2027.
Agreed: Gemma will shortlist customer service people for access, and Amara will write up options and cost beyond 40 users.
Next: Amara will get the next QBR into the diary; no customer reply to the notes appears in the thread.

- Amara Obi 6 May 2026 08:04Hi Gemma, Thanks for the catch-up. Here are my notes so you have them in writing. Where things stand: - Usage keeps climbing. Average daily users are higher again than last month and about double the previous quarter. - You have 40 licensed users, so there's headroom before we'd need to talk about anything else. - Support has been quiet: two tickets in the last month, both how-to, none high priority. - Invoices are all paid, nothing outstanding. - The contract is at £50k a year and runs to 4 Jan 2027, so we have time, but I'd like us to plan the renewal early rather than late. What we agreed: - You'll put together the shortlist of customer service people who should get access, and I'll check how that fits within your 40 users. - I'll write up options and cost for adding people beyond that, as you asked, for you to take to the wider team. Just options, no pressure. - You'll share how the account managers prepare for the retailer reviews, so I can see whether we've missed anything worth building for them. - I'll get the next QBR into the diary. If I've misremembered anything, tell me and I'll correct it. Best, Amara Amara Obi Customer Success Manager, BG-Demo
