- Amara Obi 28 Apr 2026 12:51Hi Gemma, It's time to get the next check-in in the diary. Could we do something towards the end of this week or the start of next? A quick preview of the numbers so you're not walking in cold: average daily users are up again on last month, and it's now about twice where we were the quarter before. Two tickets came in over the past few weeks, both small how-to questions, nothing urgent. Invoices are all up to date on our side. Two things I'd like to cover: - how the account managers are getting on, and who else should have access - whether customer service is any closer to coming on board, since you mentioned it last time If there's anything you'd like on the agenda, add it to your reply. Best, Amara
- Gemma Holt 1 May 2026 09:57Morning Amara, Sorry for the slow reply, it's been a bit of a week. Those numbers sound good, thanks for flagging. Next week suits me better. Anything on Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon would work. Can you send an invite? One more for the agenda: I want to show you how the team is using the brain ahead of the retailer reviews. I think there's a case for more people using it and I'd like your view on how to make it. Cheers, Gemma
- Amara Obi 1 May 2026 12:21No problem at all, Gemma, and thanks for coming back so quickly after all. I'll send an invite now for Tuesday afternoon next week, and shout if it needs to move. I'll bring the usage charts and we can make the retailer review prep the main thing. Let's get the next QBR in the diary too while we're at it, so it doesn't drift. Best, Amara
