What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Gemma Holt welcomed the usage trend and said her goal is to bring customer service onto the brain. She asked what extra users would cost past 40, and needs wider team approval first.
Ask: Amara Obi sought a check-in of about thirty minutes and a steer on what good looks like. Gemma asked to put customer service on the brain and what adding people beyond 40 would cost.
Customer view: positive; account managers value it, and one saved most of a day on buyer meeting preparation. Gemma must take any change to the wider team first and wants ideas and options only.
Next: Amara to book Tuesday or Wednesday morning early the following week and prepare options.

- Amara Obi 30 Mar 2026 17:34Hi Gemma, Hope the week has started well. I'd like to get a proper check-in in the diary with you for early next week, around thirty minutes, so we can look at how Harrowden is getting on with the brain a few months in. Here's what the numbers say so far: the number of people logging in each week has roughly doubled compared with the previous quarter, which is a lovely trend. You have 40 licensed users, so there's plenty of room, and I'd like to talk about who else should have access. What I'd like from you is a steer on what good looks like for you this quarter. If there's a retailer review coming up, tell me and we'll shape the session around it. Could you let me know a couple of times that suit? Mornings are easiest for me, but I'll flex. Best, Amara Amara Obi Customer Success Manager, BB-Demo
- Gemma Holt 31 Mar 2026 14:39Hi Amara, Thanks for this, and great to hear the numbers are moving. The account managers love it, to be honest. One of them used it last week to pull together the complaint history for a supermarket buyer meeting and it saved her most of a day. Early next week works. Tuesday or Wednesday morning would be best for me, before things get busy in the office. Thursday is a bit crammed. For what good looks like: I'd really like to get customer service on. Kelly's team keeps asking for the same retailer complaint and order data we're looking at, and I'd rather they had it directly than ask me. Can we talk about what that looks like? And what would it cost to add more people if we go past the 40? I'd need to take any change to the wider team first, so just ideas and options for now please.
