As at Fri 9 Oct 2026Daniel Okafor's notes after a check-in record that the contract has ended and Calderbrook now works on its in-house platform. Helen Marsden's concerns are board pack traceability and the data left in the Snowflake account. No customer reply in the thread.
Position: the contract ended the day before Daniel Okafor's note of 2 Sep 2026, and Calderbrook Housing Group now works on its in-house platform. The evidence does not show why it left.
Customer view: Helen Marsden's concerns, as Daniel records them, are that the arrears and repairs sections of the board pack stay traceable to a source the board accepts, and what happens to the data and pages in her Snowflake account. There is no customer response in the thread.
Next: Daniel committed to a written summary of what the brain holds and a note of how the board pack figures were reconciled.

- Daniel Okafor 2 Sep 2026 13:58Hello Helen, Thank you for your time on the call. I know it was not an easy conversation, and I appreciated how openly you talked it through. I wanted to put down my notes while they are fresh, so you can correct anything I have got wrong. What I took away: - The contract ended yesterday, and Calderbrook is now working on the in-house platform. - Your main concern is that the arrears and repairs sections of the board pack can be traced back to a source the board will accept, now that the figures will come from a different place. - You would like clarity on what happens to the data and pages held in your Snowflake account. What I will do: - Come back to you by the end of next week with a written summary of what the brain holds in your account and the options for how it is handled, so your team can decide what it wants kept for reference. - Put together a short note of how the board pack figures were reconciled in the brain, with the source for each, so you have something to show the board if they ask. I will not pretend I am not sorry to see the team go. Your group got more out of the brain than most, and the work on tenants, repairs and arrears was something I was proud to be part of. If there is anything else that would make the handover easier for you or your colleagues, please tell me and I will pick it up. How is the team finding the transition so far? I would be glad to hear, whenever you have a moment. Best wishes, Daniel
