Helen Marsden confirms the decision to move onto the in-house platform was taken above her team, and she must complete the transition. She wants to cover how board pack figures tie back and what happens to the Snowflake data.

Ask: Helen wants to know what can be shown to the board as the source for the arrears and repairs figures on the new platform, and what happens to the data in the Snowflake account after the term.

Customer view: the decision was not hers. This is a departure, not a negotiation, ahead of the 1 Sep 2026 end date.

Next: a call on Monday morning, ideally before ten, to cover the data and the board pack source trail.

Hello Helen, I hope you are keeping well. I wanted to find a time for a check-in before the contract reaches its end date on 1 Sep 2026. I know the team's use of the brain has been much lighter over the summer, and I would rather hear from you directly how things stand than guess from the activity on our side. Would a call on Monday morning or Tuesday morning suit you? I would like to understand where the board pack work has landed, whether there is anything you need from us as the team moves onto the in-house platform, and what you would like to happen with the data the brain holds in your Snowflake account. If it is easier to bring a colleague from the BI team along, please do. Just to close the loop on our side, I want to make sure nothing is left hanging for your team. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thank you for your note, and apologies for the late reply. It has been a difficult week with the board pack. Monday morning works, ideally before ten. Tuesday is the last day of the term and I would rather not leave it that late. To be clear about where we are: the decision to move onto the in-house platform was taken above my team, and I have been asked to complete the transition. My concern is the arrears and repairs sections of the board pack. Those figures were reconciled in the brain, and the board will ask how the numbers on the new platform tie back to what they saw before. I would like us to talk through what we can show them as the source. I will also need to know what happens to the data held in our Snowflake account once the term ends, so please come ready to cover that. Kind regards, Helen On 27 Aug 2026, at 10:02, Daniel Okafor wrote: > Would a call on Monday morning or Tuesday morning suit you?
