Current to 13 Oct 26Craig Oduya gave written notice that Calderbrook will not renew when the term ends on 1 Sep 2026, citing consolidation on an in-house Microsoft-based platform, and asked for the exit position. Amara Obi replied with Sofia Marchetti copied.
Ask: Craig wants the contractual position on data and connectors in the Snowflake account, a proposed plan and what is needed from his side. He asked that this go through him, not Helen's team.
Customer view: he states it is a decision about direction, not a comment on the brain.
Next: Amara will set out in writing what is switched off and what stays, checked against the executed order form, and asked who else needs access and for a short call. The thread shows no further customer reply.

- Craig Oduya 6 Jul 2026 16:52Amara, I am writing to give notice on the Calderbrook subscription. We will not be renewing when the current term ends on 1 Sep 2026. The subscription has been reviewed against the platform strategy. We are consolidating our data on one in-house platform, built on our existing Microsoft estate, and we're building that capability in-house. This is a decision about direction, not a comment on the brain itself. What's our exit position? I want a clear view of what happens to the data and the connectors in our Snowflake account, and what is needed from our side before the end of the term. Please send me the contractual position and a proposed plan. Please route this through me rather than Helen's team. They have enough on. Craig Oduya, Director of Digital and Data
- Amara Obi 7 Jul 2026 09:10Hi Craig, Thank you for telling me directly, and for the clear steer. I've copied Sofia Marchetti, our Head of Customer Success, so you have someone senior alongside me on this. Here's what I can confirm now. Your term runs to 1 Sep 2026. The brain runs inside your own Snowflake account, so the data and what has been built on it sit with you. I'll set out in writing what is switched off at the end of the term and what stays, and I'll check it against the executed order form before it reaches you. Two things would help. First, who else should have access to the exit plan, in IT or elsewhere? Second, would you be open to a short call this week or next? I'd like to understand what the in-house platform needs to replace, so the handover is useful and not just tidy. I've picked up this account recently, so I'm working from the records and the history on file. If I've missed something that matters to you, tell me and I'll put it right. Best, Amara
