What this says
Current to 13 Oct 26Craig Oduya asked Amara Obi for renewal terms, a usage summary and exit arrangements, saying he is not asking for a proposal. Amara replied that about four people are active against 40 licences, down by roughly a third.
Ask: Craig wants the facts in one place as part of a wider supplier review: renewal terms and price basis, last quarter's usage, and how data is held on exit.
Customer view: He framed it as a review, not a proposal request. Amara disclosed the usage drop and said renewal would be at the current list price, higher than the £44k paid today.
Next: Tom will confirm the price in writing and Tom and Daniel will set out the exit terms. The thread does not show the renewal outcome.

- Craig Oduya 3 Jun 2026 13:06Amara, I understand you are now involved day to day on the Calderbrook account alongside Daniel. A renewal notice reached me today and I'd like the facts in one place. Please send me three things. First, the terms that would apply to a renewal for the term following 1 Sep 2026, including the price basis. Second, a summary of usage over the last quarter. Third, a note on how our data is held and what an exit would involve. This is part of a wider review of suppliers against the platform strategy. I'm not asking for a proposal. - Amara Obi 5 Jun 2026 11:17Hi Craig, Thanks for your note, and apologies that we haven't properly met yet. I'm new to the account, so I've been through the full history with Daniel and Tom before replying. Here's what the numbers say. Usage: on average about four people have been active day to day over the last thirty days, which is down by roughly a third on the previous quarter, against 40 licensed users. There were three tickets in the last month and none were urgent. Invoices are all up to date. I'd rather you heard the drop from me than found it yourself. Terms: the Growth tier would renew onto the current list price, which is higher than the £44,000 you pay today. Tom will confirm the exact figure in writing so you have it from the right place rather than from me. Data: BB-Demo runs inside your own Snowflake account, so your data and what has been built on it sit in your environment. I'll ask Tom and Daniel to set out what the contract says on exit, so you have it in one note. Who else should have access? A wider group might be worth a conversation if you are building a view of what the team really uses. Let's get a short call in the diary whenever suits you. Best, Amara
