Daniel Okafor asked Helen Marsden for a QBR slot. She chose Thursday, set the agenda as the arrears figures that still don't reconcile, and said her director of digital and data is reviewing suppliers.

Ask: Helen wants a line-by-line source trail for the repairs and arrears figures in the board pack before the Growth plan QBR. She expects the board to question them.

Customer view: The figures from the brain still don't match the housing management system. Her director of digital and data is reviewing the supplier landscape, and she may bring him in.

Next: Daniel committed to send the source trail before the session and to adjust the agenda if the director joins.

Hi Helen, I hope the week has been kind to you. I wanted to get the next quarterly review into the diary while there is still room. Your Growth plan includes one each quarter, and I would like us to make good use of it. Would a slot in the next couple of weeks suit? I can do a Tuesday or a Thursday afternoon, whichever is easier around your board pack timetable. An hour should be plenty. It would also help to know what you would like on the agenda. How is the team finding it at the moment? If there is a particular section of the pack you want to go through, I can make sure we have the right people and the right views ready. Best wishes, Daniel

Hi Daniel, Thursday is better. Tuesday is taken up with the board pack deadline, so I would not be much use to you. For the agenda, the main thing is the arrears section of the board pack. The repairs and arrears figures from the brain still don't reconcile to the housing management system, and the board will ask. I would like to go through where each figure comes from, line by line. Can you show me the source for each one? One other thing. Our director of digital and data is reviewing the supplier landscape this year, so I may need to bring him in at some point. I will let you know before the session if so. Kind regards, Helen

Hi Helen, That is helpful, thank you. Thursday it is. I will send the invite tomorrow with the afternoon slot, and I will let you know if anything moves on my side. I will come back to you before the session with the source trail for the arrears and repairs figures, so that we are looking at the same lines. If your director would like to join, he is very welcome, and I will adjust the agenda so the session works for him too. Just to close the loop: arrears reconciliation first, then usage across your licensed users, then anything else you want to raise. Best wishes, Daniel
