Daniel Okafor sent notes of the 6 Mar 2026 check-in and Helen Marsden confirmed them. She wants the arrears trace by source system, asked for a factual contract position, and says tracing a wrong number is where time goes.

Ask: an arrears trace by source system, plus a factual statement of the contract for the 40 licensed users and the position on 1 Sep 2026.

Customer view: Helen says the team finds it fine when it works, but has no quick way to see why a number looks wrong. She does not want the contract discussion read as a signal either way.

Next: Daniel promised the arrears trace and ticket status by the end of the following week.

Dear Helen, Thank you for your time today. Just to close the loop, here are my notes from our conversation so you can correct anything I've got wrong. - You are the main person using the brain at the moment, with a handful of colleagues in your team dipping in around the board pack deadlines. - The arrears figures in the board pack are the priority. You want to see the source for each number and how it ties back to the housing management system. - A few support tickets are open on the repairs connector. I'll check where each one has got to and tell you plainly. - You asked what the contract looks like for the 40 licensed users, given the smaller group using it. I'll set that out clearly for you, along with the position on 1 Sep 2026. I'll come back to you by the end of next week with the arrears trace and the ticket status. How is the team finding it day to day? I'd like to hear it from them as well as from you. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thank you, that is a fair summary. Two additions. First, for the arrears trace I need it by source system and not just a total, because the board will ask which system each figure came from. Second, on the contract position, please keep it factual. I am not in a position to say anything about next steps yet and I don't want it read as a signal either way. The team finds it fine when it works. The trouble is that when a number looks wrong, we have no quick way to see why, and that is where the time goes.
