Helen Marsden says repairs and arrears figures still do not reconcile with the housing management system and that some of her team have moved their work elsewhere. Daniel Okafor agreed a Thursday 10:00 check-in.

Ask: Helen wants the source for each repairs and arrears figure, not a summary, before the board asks.

Customer view: She says a number of her team have moved their work elsewhere while this is unresolved. She was candid and chose to tell Daniel directly.

Next: Daniel will bring line-by-line sources and the last connector load for each figure, and send the final list by Wednesday.

Hello Helen, I hope you are well, and that the team is coping with the run-up to the next board pack. Just to close the loop on our last conversation, I'd like to get a proper check-in in the diary. How is the team finding it at the moment? I know usage has been quieter than it was, and I'd rather hear from you what has changed than guess. Could you do a morning next week? If it helps, I can bring the recent ticket history so we can go through what is still open. Best wishes, Daniel

Daniel, Thank you. A check-in is fine, though I should be honest about where we are. The repairs and arrears figures going into the board pack still don't reconcile with the housing management system. The board will ask, and so far I have not been able to give them a clean answer. The open tickets are about exactly that. Can you show me the source for each of those figures, not just a summary? On usage, a number of my team have moved their work elsewhere while this is unresolved. I would rather you heard that from me. I can do Thursday morning. Hello Helen, Thank you for being so direct last week. It helps. Thursday morning works for me, so shall we say 10:00? I will bring the source for each of the repairs and arrears figures you mentioned, laid out line by line, along with where the connector last loaded each one. If any of it does not match what you see in the housing management system, we will mark it in the meeting and I will take it away. I will come back to you by Wednesday with the final list of what I am bringing, so you can tell me if anything is missing. Best wishes, Daniel
